Qualifications:

Because St Honoré is primarily seeking hard working, honest and energetic employees with the desire to be successful in all that they do, we do not require experience in baking or customer service. We are willing to train qualified applicants on all aspects of their position. Employees with a burning desire to learn our trade are encouraged to apply.

Expectations

Because of the nature of our business, St Honoré is open 7 days-a-week.

Those hired should be aware that their work schedules may lack consistency. For example, days off may change from week to week and may not be consecutive. However, we recognize that a healthy personal life leads to a happier and more productive employee, so we’ll do our best to accommodate each individual’s scheduling needs.

professional appearance, positive attitude, and a high level of energy at all times.

Basic Requirements

• Food Handler Permit in accordance with local governing body.
• OLCC alcohol permit if applying customer service position
• Basic level reading and comprehension of the English language in order to interpret work related documents.
• Basic level writing skills in English language to complete routine employment related reports.
• Basic ability to use and apply mathematical skills as those relate to specific job duties
• Basic ability to reason and apply common sense in every day working situations.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand during entire shift
• Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry and push
• Ability to lift and carry bags, tubs, trays and cases, weighing up to 50 lbs
• Essential hand/eye coordination
• Substantial repetitive motions of the wrists, hands and fingers
• Hazards may include, but are not limited to, cuts from knives, slipping, tripping, falls and burns
• Frequent washing of hands with use of soap
